From Waterloo Train Station: Make your way to the mainline concourse. Head towards platform 18 and leave the station via exit 6 – walk across the walkway and into the tunnel. Walk down to ground level to York Road and keep walking along York Road with the Thames / London Eye on the right. Keep walking up York Road until there is a crossing, just after the Premier Inn, which leads to Forum Magnum Square. Cross over to the Square and the door to the venue is directly in front of you across the Square. If you find yourself at the London Eye end of Belvedere Road, walk down the road and the door is located just past and opposite Starbucks. This is a seven minute walk.
From Westminster Tube Station: Leave the station via exits 1 & 2 and turn right up the steps onto Westminster Bridge. Walk across the bridge towards County Hall and the London Eye. At the end of the bridge continue straight on along the pavement and go past the entrance to Marriott hotel, walking around the building, and turn left in to Belvedere Road. Continue along Belvedere Road where the door to the venue will be situated in the middle of the building opposite Forum Magnum Square. This is a seven minute walk.
Taxi: Please note that there are barriers either end of Belvedere Road, when arriving by taxi you will need to walk up Belvedere Road as per the instructions above.
Air: County Hall’s closest airport is London City Airport which serves over 30 destinations across the UK, Europe and the USA, with connections to the rest of the world through major European hubs. This is 7.1 miles away and would be around a 32 minute journey by taxi. More travel information.

All rates are VAT exempt. Full payment prior to the event is required. Notice of cancellation must be in writing to the Organisers, CL Events. A substitution within the same organisation is permitted as an alternative to cancellation. Refunds will be based on the following terms:

After the conference a feedback form will be emailed which will include how to apply for CCEU certificates.
In line with UK Government guidelines the Conference will run as normal on 5th May 2020 however we are investigating augmenting the conference with some online content. As always the health and well-being of delegates is uppermost in our minds and we will continue to monitor developments on a daily basis. In the event that Government advice changes and the event is cancelled a full refund will be available. Until that time the current refund policy remains in place. We are all really looking forward to seeing you all on 5th May and creating together a very special day.

Conference: Business attire
A free drinks voucher will be distributed upon exit of the last session. Additional drinks are available at the bar (card payments only).
Free WiFi is available for delegates. Access codes are available at the Conference registration desk.
Photos and Filming
For use in future UK ICF promotions, photos will be taken and some of the sessions will be filmed. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know when you register.
Registration on the Day
Upon arrival, please use the lifts (to the left of the lobby) and select the 4th floor. From there follow the signage to our registration desk located in the Thames Lounge.
Downloads will be available on the UK ICF website after the Conference.
To cater for the wide range of dietary requests there is a self-service lunchtime buffet.
